Order before 11:00 pm for delivery the next working day.We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for shipping Services to ship all of our items within UK.
Please note: Orders placed after 11:00 pm on a Saturday, or any time on a Sunday or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day (Monday -Friday) and delivered the day after.
Returns Information
At Little Sparks United, we understand that sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and when it comes to crafting projects and ideas, sometimes things can change. As long as an item is still in its original condition, the product has not been used, remains in its original packaging and is in a reusable condition. we’re happy to offer a hassle-free return policy for all orders.If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us for free within 28 days.
For all orders, you can take your parcel to any of our courier return points. Please note that a printer will be required for this option. Drop-off services provided by our courier are completely FREE for all online orders!
Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund and credit the original payment method within 14 working days. Original delivery cost will not be refunded.
